I’m a weight loss dietitian, mindset coach, and entrepreneur. And similar to you, I’m an on-the-go and busy working woman and wife.
I grew up in Leith, Ontario, a very small, 4-way stop town with no neighbours in sight. I grew up in a Christian home with my 3 younger brothers and happily married parents who always taught & modeled a very healthy and active lifestyle. As a kid, I enjoyed spending a lot of time with my mom. She taught me from a very young age how to eat well, how to stay active, and how to appreciate my body for what it does without focusing on numbers, calories, size, and weight.
As I started working as a weight loss dietitian, I quickly realized that many people did NOT have this positive experience growing up. I’ve made it my mission to help busy working women, moms, and entrepreneurs achieve lasting weight loss & whole body health by building life-long healthy habits that provide benefits far beyond the scale. My approach has helped hundreds of women (including myself), lose weight for good, feel fantastic in their skin, maximize their energy, and level up their life! I help women believe that they can and are deserving of it ALL. The career, the family, and the body that they feel completely comfortable, confident, and powerful in.
