CURRICULUM
SEPTEMBER 2006
My journey in nutrition began with my first Bachelor of Science degree at Nipissing University in North Bay, ON, where I developed a passion for the impact of nutrition on the body, both physically and mentally.
To further my knowledge in the field, I pursued a Bachelor of Science Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Western Ontario in London, ON, which led me to complete my Dietetic Internship at Hamilton Health Sciences.
TODAY
Today, as an award-winning dietitian and a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and the Consulting Dietitians Network, I've helped thousands of women transform their lives, reclaiming happiness, joy, and freedom in their bodies and minds.
My focus on weight management and the psychology of eating behaviors brings me immense satisfaction.
I love helping clients become mindful of their eating habits, debunking nutrition myths, and empowering them to say yes to themselves without guilt or stress.
